The aim of this project is to express the gender pay gap that is evident within our society between male and female workers. 

The gender pay gap is the average difference between hourly wages for men and women. Women are generally paid less than men especially in high paid job roles, such as television presenting there is regularly identifiable differences in rate of pay.
